1. Who can list
Any lawful business that offers services for events - for example electricians, carpenters, decorators, security, sound and light, catering, transport, manpower and artists - may apply. You must be the owner of, or authorised to represent, the business.
2. Accurate information
- Everything on your profile must be true and up to date: business name, services, city, rates and contact details.
- Do not use another business's name, logo or photos, or claim licences, certificates or experience you do not have.
- The "Verified" badge is given only after we check details and may be removed at any time.
3. Listing fee, review and validity
- You pay the plan fee shown at registration or renewal. Payment does not guarantee approval: every new listing is reviewed by us and goes live only when approved.
- A listing is valid for the plan period from approval. After expiry it is hidden until renewed.
- There is no commission on your work. Fees are non-refundable after approval as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Enquiries, quotes and contracts
Organisers and exhibitors may contact you or you may send quotes to event requirements. Any agreement, price, payment and delivery is directly between you and the other party. Cyber Desk is not a party and does not guarantee orders, payment or outcomes.
5. Conduct
- Respond to enquiries professionally and honestly; honour quotes you accepted.
- Do not spam, harass or mislead organisers, exhibitors or other vendors, and do not use contact details you see here for unrelated marketing.
- Do not post fake reviews or pressure customers to change reviews.
6. Reviews and ratings
Signed-in users may rate vendors. We do not edit reviews but may remove those that are abusive, fake or unlawful.
7. Suspension and removal
We may hide, suspend or remove a listing - without refund - for false information, complaints, non-payment, misuse of the platform or breach of these terms. You may ask us to delete your listing at any time.
8. Your details in the partner directory
Contact details are shown only to signed-in users. If you tick the optional sharing box at registration, your business details may also be included in our consent-based partner directory (see the Data Sales & Marketing Policy). You can opt out at any time.
