1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Cyber Desk website and services provided by Friendly Infotech ("we", "us"). By registering, booking, paying or simply browsing you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. What we provide
Cyber Desk is a technology platform: a public events page, event registration and pass tools for organisers, stall booking, a vendor marketplace, a free planner, and consent-based data packs. We are an intermediary. Events are run by their organisers, and vendors are independent businesses. We are not the organiser, seller or contracting party for any event, pass, stall or vendor service unless we clearly say so.
3. Accounts
- You must give true information and keep your login private. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission.
- We may refuse, suspend or close accounts that give false details, abuse the service or break these Terms.
4. Events, passes and stalls
- The organiser sets the event details, dates, prices, entry rules and refund rules. Check them before you pay.
- A pass is a personal licence to enter; it may be refused if copied, shared or misused. Passes may be limited by dates, entries per day and persons.
- Stall requests are subject to the organiser's approval and payment terms. A request is not a confirmed booking until the organiser confirms it.
- If an event is changed, postponed or cancelled, the organiser is responsible for informing you and for any refund.
5. Vendors and quotes
Vendors pay a listing fee to be shown in the directory and apply to event requirements. We review listings but do not guarantee the quality, price, licences or availability of any vendor. Any agreement is directly between you and the vendor. See the Vendor Listing Terms.
6. Fees and payments
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and shown before you pay. Taxes, if applicable, are included or shown separately.
- Online payments are handled by Razorpay / Cashfree. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank password.
- A payment is confirmed only after the gateway reports success. A new vendor listing additionally goes live only after our review.
- Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Data packs and marketing
Data packs contain only consent-based business contacts and are licensed, not sold outright, for lawful business use as set out in the Data Sales & Marketing Policy. Misuse leads to termination without refund.
8. What you must not do
- Post false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or unlawful content, or content you have no right to use.
- Scrape, copy or resell the directory, listings or data packs; send spam; or contact people who unsubscribed.
- Attempt to break, probe or overload the website, bypass security, or access other people's data.
- Use the platform for fraud, money laundering or any illegal activity.
9. Content you upload
You keep ownership of what you upload (logos, photos, descriptions) but give us a free, non-exclusive licence to display it on the website and in marketing of the listing. You confirm you have the rights to it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
10. Our intellectual property
The website design, software, text, icons and the Cyber Desk and Friendly Infotech names and logos belong to Friendly Infotech. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
11. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or reputation, acts or omissions of organisers, vendors or other users, or events beyond our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us for loss or claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the platform.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access, and remove listings, for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal reasons or security. You may stop using the service at any time; closing an account does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction, after you have first tried to resolve the matter through our Grievance Redressal process.
15. Changes
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
