How do I register as a vendor?
Open "Vendor registration", fill your business details, choose a listing plan and pay the registration fee by UPI. Our team verifies the payment and activates your profile - usually within one working day.
What does the vendor registration fee include?
A verified profile in the vendor directory for the plan period, enquiries from organisers and exhibitors, and the chance to apply for the vendor requirements of every event on the platform.
How can an exhibitor book a stall?
Open the event, check the stall layout, click a green (available) stall and send the request. The organiser confirms the stall and the payment details with you.
How do visitors get their pass?
Register on the event page. You instantly get a pass with a QR code and barcode that you show at the entry gate.
I organise events. Can I use Cyber Desk?
Yes - exhibitions, conferences, college fests and Garba / Navratri nights. Use the "Organise an event" form and our team will set up your login.
